Alchemy Flow
This is our signature class, designed to focus on breath, alignment and dynamic flow. Unleash your inner Alchemist and get ready to feel that blissful connection between mind and body. All levels welcome.
This is our strength focused class. Designed to build power, endurance and tone. Utilising dumbbells, heavy springs and dynamic strength-focused movements, this class blends traditional Pilates technique with progressive resistance training to leave you feeling stronger, energised and in control. Prior reformer experience is recommended.
